Enhancing Drug Development with Diverse Chiral Resolution Technologies
We have experience in the production of various optically active (chiral) epoxides and alcohol derivatives using our proprietary biotechnology and high-performance catalyst introduced from Harvard University (Jacobsen’s catalyst). In addition to our catalog optically active compounds, we can also apply this technology to meet the needs of optically active compounds that are indispensable for our customer’s pharmaceutical development. We can also manufacture and sell pharmaceutical intermediates and APIs made from optically active epoxides and alcohol derivatives.

Various Protected Amino Acids and Peptides by Liquid-Phase Synthesis
We offer a variety of protected amino acids and peptides prepared by liquid-phase synthesis. We also manufacture and sell peptide-based APIs by elongating high-quality peptide intermediates (fragments) and performing chromatographic purification. These amino acids and peptides are also used as synthetic units for middle molecule APIs. We can also produce non-natural amino acids by using Strecker amino acid synthesis and other synthetic methods.

Process Development and Contract Business of Highly Potent APIs (HPAPIs)
We have been manufacturing APIs for 30 years and are compliant with GMP of Japan and overseas. We are capable of handling highly potent active pharmaceutical ingredients up to OEL category 5 (0.15 μg/m3), with primary containment in isolators and down-flow booths, and secondary containment in clean rooms with negative pressure control and HEPA filters at the intake and exhaust ports of all manufacturing facilities. We are good at manufacturing APIs in relatively small quantities under GMP control.
